Yuri's Art
"I am always thinking about how I can make my piece unique and exciting" said Yuri. "I put a lot of my personality and passion into each piece. I hope someone can enjoy my piece the same way I did when I was making it." Yuri's work can be found at Artifacts in Broad Ripple and at the Indianapolis Art Center in Broad Ripple gift shop. Her work is also currently featured at the Indianapolis Children's Museum.

Yuri's Background
Yuri Okamoto graduated from Meisei University in Japan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Glass Blowing. She is currently an active glass blower residing in Indianapolis, Indiana. Yuri works as an instructor at the Indianapolis Art Center in Broad Ripple and specializes in custom design that fits needs of individual tastes and environments.
